1. Operations Manager (Restaurant, Bakery, Sweets)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bakeries, and sweets sections.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Implement health and safety protocols.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in food and beverage management.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.

2. Chef (North Indian, South Indian, Fast Food, Chinese)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and international dishes.
  • Design and plan menus based on customer preferences.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
  • Manage inventory and ingredient sourcing.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in North Indian, South Indian, Fast Food, and Chinese cuisine.
  • Strong menu planning and kitchen management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3. Kitchen Helper

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in meal preparation (washing, cutting, and peeling ingredients).
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and utensils.
  • Handle food storage and disposal as per safety standards.
  • Support kitchen staff in daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation.

4. Housekeeper (Restaurant Housekeeping)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Clean floors, windows, furniture, and restrooms.
  • Dispose of trash and manage cleaning supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues when needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards.
