Due to the nature of our products, once delivered or picked up, the items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason including:

Taste preferences

Quantity or size misunderstandings

Delay in consumption after delivery

Improper storage after delivery

Exceptions
We only allow exchange or re-delivery under the following rare conditions:

Wrong item delivered (must be reported immediately on delivery)

Damaged packaging or spoiled product upon arrival (with proof and time-stamped images)

In such cases, please report within 1 hour of receiving the order to our customer support. Our team will evaluate and take appropriate action.
