We provide online ordering for food, sweets, and bakery products for delivery within Kota only.

2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and wallets.

Once the payment is made, no refunds or cancellations are possible.

3. Product Images
Product photos on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

4. No Return or Exchange
All sales are final. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before placing an order.

5. Delivery
Delivery is available only in Kota.

We reserve the right to cancel orders outside our service area.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect delivery address provided by you

Delays due to traffic or natural circumstances

Consumption after delivery that results in spoilage
